“What is Martial arts?” Marshal art is an ancient war art. Marshal art means fighting arts whose purpose is to protect oneself and others from physical danger, which science also acknowledges. In Dwaparyug, Lord Sri Krishna, Balarama, Yudhishthira, Jarasandha, Arjuna, Bhima, Karna, Ghatotkacha, and many other warriors were proficient in this art. Mother Kali and Mother Durga also destroyed many demons either with weapons or without weapons.

After that, Buddhists also adopted this art and they spread it in different countries with different names. The purpose of learning this art was mental, physical, and spiritual development.
